PlusOptic monitor their pricing regularly and aim to offer quality products at very competitive prices. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST (Goods and services tax). If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavor to provide you with a more competitive price.
PlusOptic will notify customers within 72 hours if the product(s) they have ordered are not in stock and will take over 14 working days for delivery.
PlusOptic will only refund payments if the goods we have provided are faulty, or we are unable to supply ordered goods within 14 working days. If the customer has had prior verbal or written warning that their order will take over 14 working days to deliver then PlusOptic will not be liable for issuing a refund on the basis of the delivery time being longer than 14 working days. Please note: PlusOptic are not liable for mistakes made by the customer when ordering and in the case of a customer over ordering a product, or ordering the wrong product for their purposes, no refund will be made by PlusOptic.
Compatibility Money Back Guarantee
If you receive a PlusOptic product and you do not believe it to be compatible with your hardware, notify PlusOptic as soon as possible and if PlusOptic cannot provide a workable solution they will offer a full refund. To claim on the PlusOptic money back guarantee you must communicate your specific product concerns to PlusOptic in writing within 4 weeks of receiving the PlusOptic product. Please note: PlusOptic are not liable for mistakes made by the customer when ordering and in the case of a customer over ordering a product, or ordering the wrong product for their purposes, no refund will be made by PlusOptic.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed with PlusOptic you have 30 minutes to cancel the order without any penalties. We will not cancel or refund an order once it has been delivered to a customer. The sooner we are notified the better it is for you. For items that are customized or made to order we will not be able to cancel these orders. However we do understand that mistakes are made and items are accidentally ordered incorrectly. Situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In all accepted cancellation requests, the shipping charges are not included in this refund.
