Security Policy

When purchasing from PlusOptic your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Pricing Policy

PlusOptic monitor their pricing regularly and aim to offer quality products at very competitive prices. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST (Goods and services tax). If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavor to provide you with a more competitive price.

Service Policy

PlusOptic will notify customers within 72 hours if the product(s) they have ordered are not in stock and will take over 14 working days for delivery.

Product Warranties

PlusOptic offers the following warranties on their products. If a PlusOptic product is delivered with a fault or develops a fault within the warranty period then Plusoptic will at their own discretion either exchange the faulty product for a new replacement product, take the faulty product back and repair the product or take the faulty product back and issue a refund. Please note that the warranty on a PlusOptic product will be deemed void if the defect or failure of the product has been caused by improper use of the product such as incorrect installation, electrical power issues, acts of nature, neglect, misuse or unauthorised product repair /alteration.

When a PlusOptic product is repaired or replaced under warranty, this does not extend the initial warranty period in place from when the product was purchased.

The warranty period of a product starts on the date the shipment from PlusOptic is received by the customer.

Refund Policy

PlusOptic will offer a refund if we are unable to supply ordered goods within 20 working days. If the customer has had prior verbal or written warning that their order will take over 20 working days to deliver then PlusOptic will not be liable for issuing a refund on the basis of the delivery time being longer than 20 working days. Please note: PlusOptic are not liable for mistakes made by the customer when ordering and in the case of a customer over ordering a product, or ordering the wrong product for their purposes, no refund will be made by PlusOptic.

Compatibility Money Back Guarantee

If you receive a PlusOptic product and you do not believe it to be compatible with your hardware, notify PlusOptic as soon as possible and if PlusOptic cannot provide a workable solution they will offer a full refund. To claim on the PlusOptic money back guarantee you must communicate your specific product concerns to PlusOptic in writing within 2 weeks of receiving the PlusOptic product. Please note: PlusOptic are not liable for mistakes made by the customer when ordering and in the case of a customer over ordering a product, or ordering the wrong product for their purposes, no refund will be made by PlusOptic.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed with PlusOptic you have 30 minutes to cancel the order without any penalties. We will not cancel or refund an order once it has been delivered to a customer. The sooner we are notified the better it is for you. For items that are customized or made to order we will not be able to cancel these orders. However we do understand that mistakes are made and items are accidentally ordered incorrectly. Situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In all accepted cancellation requests, the shipping charges are not included in this refund.
